2010 Trip

Hey Romaniacs.

Our 2010 trip planning is well under way and we have some important deadlines coming up. The first date that you need to be aware of is February 28, 2010, the deadline for giving the Beals your verbal commitment to the trip. It is important that you let them know by this date that you plan to attend. This will enable them to get the best deal possible on travel arrangements.

The second date is March 15, 2010. The first payment of $1000.00 is due on this date. This money will be used to purchase airline tickets and is the only way to guarantee your place on this year's trip.

The plan for ministry is coming together. Our Children's Ministry guru, Annie Ruth Yelton, has written a new curriculum for our School of Heroes. Our plan right now is to hold School of Heroes in Bistrita and Beclean on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with a Youth Retreat on Friday and Saturday. Of course, we will continue our ministries to teachers, the medical community, and the City of Bistrita in the afternoons as well as our work in area orphanages. 

Keep Tom and Arlene in your prayers as they continue to work with our Brothers and Sisters in Romania to finalize plans for ministry.
